It's doubtful. Without the Electoral college, there is absolutely no reason to ever campaign in SD, Iowa, Arkansas, ND, Montana, etc. It will be only the big population states that votes will count. In fact, some politicians may say they will have no income taxes in California, Florida, Ohio, New York, etc. if they vote for him or her.....and make it up in the smaller states. That is the reason for the electoral college....even the small states votes count.

Are you finished having babies? Really?

Now that I'm pregnant (again, lol), I find myself watching all the pregnant/baby shows on tv. The current one is about a couple that are expecting their 3rd child, but ONLY wanted 2 kids. They used fertility meds for the first two, so thought they didn't need birth control. It just boggles my mind that a couple would be "finished" and not take steps to be sure. So the question is, why do people not get 1 (or both) partners sterilized if they are so very adamant about not having more kids? I've heard from so many women that they just plan to use birth control for the next 15-20 years until menopause. Wouldn't a tubal or vasectomy be the best option, especially if its covered by their insurance? My husband is getting a vasectomy after our 4th (we don't like to be surprised!). What are your plans?

Not to be rude, but I think Christians gave up sole claim to the country by allowing freedom of religion, isn't that the point. Also separation from church and state makes it so the government cannot control religion and that religions can influence the government. If they did there would be a few people from this site that would try to kill certain religion due to incompatibilities, war, etc. I don't disagree though it was founded on christian principles, however I believe they wanted all of us to be tolerant.

that's a stacked team... drop Hafner. His slump's pretty much been over a year now, and they already dropped him to 6th in the order because of his struggles. There's rumors of his bat speed slowing down or he's playing through some sort of injury, but a lot of experts don't think he can be as good as he was 2 years ago anymore. Burrell career numbers aren't great, but he's been great for the past year, and he's in a contract year and has a new approach at the plate that allows him to make more contact. Trying to wean, but wont take formula...?

my daughter is 6.5 months.. not planning to completely wean her til at least 9 months.. I'm expecting my #2 and since she is addicted to feeding, i'm trying to start a little early on weaning. i'm sure it'll take her 2 months to fully wean.. so today i tried to give her formula and she wouldn't take it, she's been like that since the day she was born.. she hates bottles, she only bites them. i tried feeding her with the sippy cup, but she'll have a taste then throw the cup. she hates her pacifiers and anything artificial. and she wakes at least 2 times at night to feed( i feed her cereal before bedtime), that's the only way she falls back to sleep. i've been trying the cry out method, but at 2 am my husband just wants to sleep!!! not so easy.. so i'm trying to get her at least to sleep through the night for now. and try to get her used to the bottle... HELP!!!! i'm just afraid when my belly is huge i wont be able to feed cuz she's heavy enough to carry.

How can I rid myself of this terrible heartache?

My girlfriend recently broke up with me because she lost her feelings for me. Now I can't stop crying. We were togather for about a year and we would hang out all the time and go on dates every week or so. She is the first girl I had the courage to walk up to that I liked. I had a crush on her for about 3 years and it took me hours of telling myself that I could talk to her before I actualy talked to her. I'm really shy so that's why it was so hard to talk to her. She broke up with me about 5 months ago, I told her I understood that she didn't have feelings for me anymore and that I'd stop trying to be around her if she wanted. But I still like her and it just hurts so badly I can't stand it! How can I stop crying over this? Every time I see her or think about her I start crying uncontrollably and I feel so sad all the time now. There are some days I just stay in bed all day because it hurts so badly. I feel like I just want to die so I can stop feeling this terrible heartache, but I know that is something I would regret if I were around to see the result, so I'm not suicidal. I don't have any friends I can talk to or hang out with to keep my mind off of this, with me being shy and all I don't really have many friends, I can't really make any new friends now, I mean i'm really shy, now I'm always depressed, and I'm kind of lonely now. Most of my family is gone too, some of them are dead, others moved, and now I just live with my older sister who is always working, so I don't have any family to talk too either. Will the leaves grow back on a gardenia?

During the winter months i got busy/lazy and did not water my gardenia well enough and all the leaves wilted. They where half alive and looked horrible so I removed them after reading that a plant will kill itself trying to keep every dying piece of it alive. My once beautiful gardenia is now completly naked. It sounds like a typical relay problem. Open the hood (bonnet) and pop the lid open on the fuse box. turn the lid around and locate on the map the high beam relay. If you really want to improve...Let's say you max out at 22 well over the entire day do 5 sets of 22. Everyday try and increase to reps and reduce the sets (staying around 100 a day). If you can't increase that day then do the same and try for the next day. Inno tme at all you will be able to do upwards of 60 70 push-ups.

I wanna say first off that I love the sport of boxing & this is in no way meant to belittle the sport. But boxing is for all intents & purposes, dead. There are a few big main events here & there & there are still alot of talented guys, but MMA is taking over. The once proud heavyweight division of boxing is gone. And I hear alot of people, boxing enthusiasts mostly, criticize MMA. They say that its too brutal. Noone said anything about wrestling in the olympics as bad, or boxing, or competitive kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, karate, etc. When these sports were separate they werent "brutal" so why are they when theyre combined? I also hear some say that an MMA fighter doesnt possess the same skill as a boxer. Maybe most MMA fighters couldnt box professionally, but they would at least be able to look competent & put up a fight in a boxing match. I doubt a boxer could look anything but foolish in an MMA match unless he knew another discipline. My point is that MMA is not getting the respect it deserves from the boxing purists. My puppy of 1 year has recently became hard to walk. When I walk him he randomly stops and refuses to walk. Its like he has emergency brakes. Diabetes And Soda Pop?

I'm 15 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes just a little while ago. We're still waiting for my blood work to come back from the lab to see what type I am. Anyway, before I was diagnosed I had a specific routine any time I bought a "Junk Lunch". I would get a Crush Cream Soda, Original Skittles (the regular package) and a bag of Crunchy Cheesies (not sure of the company or brand). I was not overweight when diagnosed with Diabetes, I was average. (Just saying that I didn't get it because of weight problems) I am and always have been completely in love with the taste of Crush Cream Soda. Now, suddenly I can't drink it anymore because where I live I can't get the diet version. I know that they do make Diet Crush Cream Soda, but I can't find it anywhere in my province (NL). My meal plan is the hardest part about my chronic disease, I don't mind having to prick my fingers, or give myself insulin needles, but not being able to have your favorite snack or drink anymore when you're 15 and always hanging out with friends who buy "Junk Lunches", pretty much sucks. We have a cavalier king charles spaniel who is almost 2yrs old and we live in Phoenix, AZ. She is about 7lbs overweight now due to being on medicine for chronic bronchitis. When I asked why they can't just pro-rate the usage per unit, say making it so that studio apartments pay less than a 3 bedroom housing an entire family, they hung up on me.
