Why won't Owen Hart's widow Martha allow Vince 2 induct him into the WWE HOF?

Martha has said in the past she don't want McManiac to get anymore of Owen. I hate McManiac. Anyone who knows anything about me knows this. I do have to say though, what happend to Owen was pure accident. Even I can't blame McManiac for that.
