Random pipe leaking from the backside of the house where is it comming.?

its a 3 story single family house, only 6 years old. water is comming down from the pipe its only happened this past week and keeps running at random times. its 1 foot from the roof and there is a room right below it. does any one noe where its from or have any suggestions
