Diabetes And Soda Pop?

I'm 15 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes just a little while ago. We're still waiting for my blood work to come back from the lab to see what type I am. Anyway, before I was diagnosed I had a specific routine any time I bought a "Junk Lunch". I would get a Crush Cream Soda, Original Skittles (the regular package) and a bag of Crunchy Cheesies (not sure of the company or brand). I was not overweight when diagnosed with Diabetes, I was average. (Just saying that I didn't get it because of weight problems) I am and always have been completely in love with the taste of Crush Cream Soda. Now, suddenly I can't drink it anymore because where I live I can't get the diet version. I know that they do make Diet Crush Cream Soda, but I can't find it anywhere in my province (NL). My meal plan is the hardest part about my chronic disease, I don't mind having to prick my fingers, or give myself insulin needles, but not being able to have your favorite snack or drink anymore when you're 15 and always hanging out with friends who buy "Junk Lunches", pretty much sucks. It's so hard. Does anyone know where I could possibly order the Diet Crush Cream Soda online, or anywhere I can get it in NL. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'd really appreciate the help.
