Capitol one has summoned me to court but I am trying to join the army please help?

I am attempting to reenlist and I just got served court papers from capitol one on a $ 500 credit card that I now owe $1200 to. They want me to pay $400 for the next three bi-weekly paychecks to pay it all off or they will proceede with the courts but I can not afford that since I should ship befr ethen so I wont have a job. I want to pay the debt but not that much on a $500 card. Is there a way to talk them down to like $600 or so?
