Why do soo many people still think evolution is a theory?

I respect your opinions however the THEORY of Evolution cannot be proved.Now the same goes for religion no one can have visual proof that He exists.But it is all about Faith.I have faith in God.And i believe Humans and Animals are separate things.We cannot have been evolved from them.
