Is a blood ethanol level of 127mg/dl a large amount of alcohol?

That equates to .127% BAC, or blood alcohol content. Here in California, .08% is considered legally drunk. That 127mg/dl, or .127% BAC is enough to have a pretty good buzz, in my book. When I was at .28 (280mg/dl) I was completely incoherent.
