Where can I watch Venezuelan or Uruguayan News?

For my AP Spanish cl I need to watch news from a Spanish speaking country and write a weekly summary on the events covered. I decided to choose either Venezuela or Uruguay since my parents are from there. The problem is, I can't find any podcasts/news broadcasts anywhere on the web, even Youtube which I've checked extensively. Can anyone give me a direct link to where I can watch either Venezuelan or Uruguayan news?
