Did Rosie O Donald supervise construction of Burj Dubai?

Well I wouldnt rule her out.. in the field of steel-heat dynamics there are really only a few scientists cut out to help in the construction of something up to the scale of the Burj Dubai and Rosie is definitely among them. I for one, think she deserves a nobel prize for her theory on fire not melting steel, oh im sorry did I say theory, you mightve thought that I meant that it was actually a logical hypothesis that had any ground or backing, I REALLY meant that it just went straight from Rosie's gigantic mouth and instantly turned into fact. It's not like steel is formed or shaped by melting or anything, anyone who ever thought that should listen to Rosie, she knows what shes talking about.
