It's doubtful. Without the Electoral college, there is absolutely no reason to ever campaign in SD, Iowa, Arkansas, ND, Montana, etc. It will be only the big population states that votes will count. In fact, some politicians may say they will have no income taxes in California, Florida, Ohio, New York, etc. if they vote for him or her.....and make it up in the smaller states. That is the reason for the electoral college....even the small states votes count.

Mitosis is the name of the cell division where one cell divides to produce two identical daughter cells. To do that the DNA replicates (doubles) and then separates into two new nuclei. And yes, each new cell contains two copies of each chromosome, just like the original.

Can someone explain some info about astro. houses?

I understand the general meanings of the houses, but I need some more insight...are there any more meanings for the houses that might be overlooked? also, my rising is aries so all my houses are in their "natural" place or whatever the term is EXCEPT virgo just disappeared! my 4th and 5th are cancer and 6th jumps to leo. I never know what that menas when I see that on a chart and why does it happen? does it have to do with retrograde planets? (i have saturn, pluto and ur ret.) since my charts houses are in their normal spots and i have no planets in the north hemisphere to boot, i got used to reading houses for their normal meaning, but when someone's houses are in another order, it throws me off a little. So for a second house ruled by libra just for example, does that mean they approach material/bodily issues like a libra? Making a rag quilt and i need help?

Im trying to put together a rag quilt and wast sure about some things. I am doing it out of denim and flannel. Can you mix the denim and flannel for the front? Would i need to put a middle layer in it if it was flannel on front and back but some are denim on front and flannel on back? any help would be great
